Terms & Conditions
Cancellation – The guest can cancel up to 3 days prior to arrival however a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be charged. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
No Show Policy – Full payment is required if the quest does not show up.
Pets – Pets are not allowed inside the rooms. A $50.00 cleaning charge will be incurred if any pets have been in the rooms and extra cleaning is required.
No Smoking – all rooms are non-smoking. A $50.00 cleaning charge will incur if smoking has taken place inside the room.
Parking – free parking available for all quests. There is also parking available for large vehicles.
